 Dan Moulton - Team Leader Dan graduated from Mankato State University in 1968 with a degree in History. He was teacher and coach at Saydel High School before becoming the head coach of the Iowa Cornets. After coaching Dan turned his attention towards sales.  Heath Moulton - Broker Associate Heath has been with the Moulton Team as a licensed agent since 1996. He worked part time while going to school and earned his Finance degree from Drake University in 2000. Since then he has focused on Real Estate working as a Buyer Specialist for the Moulton Team. Since 2000, Heath has helped over 120 families purchase their dream homes, and worked with over 80 first time home buyers. Heath specializes in Unique Financing techniques that allows buyers to purchase homes with no down payment. In 2000. he graduated from the Howard Brinton Buyer Specialization course.  Julie Moulton - Closing Coordinator Julie joined her husband Dan in real estate in 1992. Together they have become Ankeny's most successful real estate family. Julie's main focus is on closing the transaction and ensuring that the process goes as smoothly as possible. Since 1992, Julie has successfully closed nearly 2000 transactions with a high of 262 closed transactions in a single year. Working out the details in a closing today requires an extensive amount of time and knowledge, mixed in with a great deal of patience.  Josh Moulton - Marketing Assistant Josh is the son of Dan and Julie and has been a licensed Realtor since he was 19. Josh currently attends Des Moines Area Community College and plans on transferring to Drake University in the fall of 2004. Josh currently works with Julie on administrative work, bookkeeping, and assists with closings. Josh looks forward to graduating from Drake University with a degree in Business and Finance, and having a long, prosperous career in Real Estate.

Often the first offer to come in is the best one. When a house is fresh on the market, there is usually a rush of activity and the buyers who see it during the first thirty days are likely to be the most interested. While your home is new on the market, it will receive the most exposure, so the chances of finding a serious buyer are greater during this period of time. If you are fortunate enough to receive an offer right away, you will probably be better off if you accept it and work on resolving any issues that arise relative to price and terms.
